Animated Film
In the Animated Film program, cartoonists, computer animators and puppet filmmakers are formed.
The first year introduces you to the various animation techniques, the basic principles of animation, and gives you a general graphic basic education. During the second and third year you determine your own direction and specialization, depending on your interests and future plans.
The entire production process of an animated film is covered in the program, from idea and scenario to image finishing and sound. During the master year you will create your own short animation film. This is of course a test of competence, but even more a personal investigation of the animation film medium that can also captivate an audience. The program has close ties with leading animation companies and artists. The teachers are predominantly professionals who are in daily practice, and know the industry inside out.
All classes are in Dutch.
Bachelor
During your bachelor years, you will unfold your creative potential. From model sketching, graphic techniques and observational drawing to creating your own universe. You will learn the basic skills of production design, motion theory, 3D computer animation, stop-motion animation (puppet film) and cartooning.
